There Is No Right Way to Grieve. But You Don't Have to Grieve Alone.
$250 for the first session, $200 per session thereafter
Losing someone you love changes everything. The world keeps moving, people tell you to "stay strong" or that "time heals," but inside, the weight of it can feel unbearable. Maybe you are functioning on the outside while falling apart on the inside. Maybe the grief has been sitting with you for months, or even years, and you are starting to wonder if it will ever ease.
You are not broken. You are grieving. And there is gentle, effective support that can help you carry this differently.
How Grief Affects You Beyond the Obvious
Grief is not just sadness. It can show up as:
- Difficulty sleeping or wanting to sleep all the time
- Irritability, anger, or emotional numbness
- Physical exhaustion and unexplained aches
- Guilt about moving forward or finding moments of happiness
- Withdrawal from friends, family, and activities you once enjoyed
- Anxiety about losing someone else
These are all normal responses to loss. But when they persist and start affecting your daily life, your relationships, and your health, it is okay to seek support.
A Personal Note from Nikki
I have sat with many clients who came to me carrying grief they did not know how to put down. Some had lost a partner, a parent, a child. Others were grieving the end of a relationship, a career, or the life they thought they would have. Every grief is valid, and none of it is small.
What I have learned is that grief does not need to be "fixed." It needs to be honoured. But you can learn to carry it in a way that allows you to live fully again, to find joy without guilt, and to remember your loved one with warmth instead of only pain.
How Hypnotherapy Helps with Grief
Traditional talk therapy asks you to relive your pain consciously, which can sometimes deepen the wound rather than heal it. Hypnotherapy works differently.
In a deeply relaxed state, we work with your subconscious mind to:
- Process emotions that feel too overwhelming to face consciously
- Release guilt, anger, or unresolved feelings connected to your loss
- Reframe painful memories so they bring comfort instead of anguish
- Rebuild your sense of identity and purpose after loss
- Restore restful sleep and reduce anxiety about the future
Most clients describe the experience as deeply peaceful. You remain aware and in control throughout, and many feel a noticeable shift after just one session.
What to Expect in Your Sessions
Your healing journey begins with a free phone consultation where we talk about what you are going through and how hypnotherapy might help. There is no pressure and no obligation.
First session: We spend time understanding your specific experience of grief, then move into a gentle hypnotherapy session tailored to your needs. Most sessions are around 60 minutes.
Ongoing support: Depending on the depth of your grief, you may benefit from 2-4 sessions. Some clients find significant relief in a single session. You will also receive 12 months of free follow-up support to ensure your healing continues.
